And honestly, I couldn’t give a fuck.’ Peter has admitted in no uncertain terms that Baker’s is a ‘shithole,’ but given its proximity to college ‘it gets the job done.’ We arrived on location several months later and were very pleased to see the Beamish tap had finally been fixed. On ordering two pints the barman grimaced and quipped: ‘two blemishes, coming up!’ He wasn’t wrong, they were disgusting. Change your management and clean your lines, you filthy kip!
